One of our shop buddies sent their customer over to us to finish off this beautiful 1967 Volvo 123 GT. Getting in this car is like using a time machine, back to 1967. Everything about this car is restored, mostly above factory spec. The customer wanted a stock style rebuild of the exhaust, but with better pieces. The motor has been upgraded enough to need better flow, so we had to make the bends smooth and the muffler burley. As you can see, this car needed a perfect muffler for the restoration, so that's what we made.
Gary Bockman had RSI make the header and muffler for his Mazda RX-3. This car is a tubeframe, spec GT3 racecar, so nothing but the best can exhaust the Mazda rotary motor. Tom built the balanced header and high-flow muffler system to fit inside the tight frame spaces, 321 stainless steel throughout. See you at the track!

Tom built the headers on both sides of the car, and you can see from the photos it was a bit of a squeeze to fit everything in while balanced. But that's what Tom does, what a pro!
Jerry Jenkins had us lighten his exhaust system on a champion Miata. We fabricated a cat-back aluminum system that dropped the exhaust to 8.5 lbs. Stock is 21 lbs and performance upgrades only drop that to 17 lbs. Needless to say, it made a difference.
